The diagram illustrates the complete production process of heat pellets which are used to heat buildings.
Overall, this process had seven different key stages starting from the arrival of sawdust from sawmill to ending at the packaging of sawmill into bags for departure to sale.
First of all, sawdust has reached from sawmill and send to hammer mill to hammerd it into fibers of uniform length. After that, these fibers of uniform length has dampened with steam. Before the cooling process of pellets, fibers have been forced into pellets machine through holes to from pellets.
Then, with the help of a vacummer loose dust from the cooled pellets has vacummed off. Lastly, after all these process pellets are ready to deliver and they are packed into bags of weigh 18 kg or 40 pounds for sale.
Pellets made in this process are suitable for use in both pellet stoves and furnaces.
