The chart illustrates the process of producing olive oil. Overall, it is noticeable that there are seven main stages of olive oil production, beginning with picking olives from trees and ending with delivering them to the markets.
To begin with, crude olives are picked from the trees by gardeners and they are put into a basket. Following this, these olives are rinsed out by using cold water to keep them fresh and ripe, then they are belted by special equipment and go to the next stage. At this stage, this mixture is smashed by a particular machine to extract liquid. Then, this product is divided into the olive paste and the black olive stones.
Consequently, olives are put into a bag with holes, then these small square bags are pressed by a machine where they are separated from the water, by using a specific tool. Finally, the production of olives is ended, then the product is delivered to shops where they are sold
