Overall, it is immediately evident that there are 4 essential steps involved in the manufacturing of recycled paper,beginning with the transportation of used papers to the the factory where it undergoes various chemical processes and eventually ends with production of recycled papers which are necessary for everyday activity
The first step starts when used papers from all over the country are put in a truck and carried to the industry where they are processed into unfiltered pulps by the action of water and chemicals. The resultant pulps are filtered and later undergoes a cleaning process using water and soap. Ink is also added at this stage.
The pulp is further placed on a flat rectangular surface called the conveyor belt and is pressed on using heated rollers. A little quantity of water is expressed out of the cleansed pulp at this stage. The resultant product is called recycled paper and it is rolled up in a long circular pattern and made ready for distribution
