Overall, it is clearly seen that the process consists of 8 different stages. The process take more than 12-14 hours. As a raw material, soybeans and water are taken . The significant tools are masher, roller, knife.
First, soybeans are put into glass container with water and kept at their for 12-14 hours. After softening inside of water, they are smashed by musher. Then coashed soybeans are passed from roller for separation from its sediments and useless part .
Second, soybean juice which is obtained , it is cleaned deeply from unwanted particles by using coagulating agent .Then curdled liquid is obtained and it is pessed form to form tofu. For shping it is cleaved by knife and washed again. At the end , tofu is ready for packing and service.
