First, we required to soak soybeans into large containers for 4 to 10 hours. After we need to grind beans to produce a milky liquid, which called this process as grinding. With advanced technology, we used modern machinery for grinding nowadays, rather than using traditional stone. Furthermore, we have to boil the milky liquid 100-110 Celsius for 3 to 10 minutes. After that, we have to remove foam drain liquid from pulp. However, the removal of foam drain liquid don’t throw it away, it can utilise for feeding livestock fertilize fields cooking.

After removing foam drain liquid from pulp, you can choose to add coagulant acids or salts depends on the tofu taste you want. If you want a soft tofu, you can add coagulant acids, while you want a firm tofu, you can add salts.Furthermore, you have to mix them together and stir it into curds form until the tofu didn’t break curds. At last, if you want a soft tofu , you need to drain it. Nevertheless, firm tofu is more challenging, you have to drain and press the tofu and release the liquid out. Finally, if you want to sold the tofu out, you required to cut it into two pieces, and package and ship restaurant and stores.
