The given map illustrates the changes in the public library before and after renovations.
Overall, the library had only four rooms in the past, however, it is accounted for seven rooms now. The garden and children’s room have been built.
In the past, the public library had three equal big rooms but one of them, which was located on the left side, was separated into adult non-fiction and adult fiction parts. This made four rooms in sum. The reference area with a desk in the middle was located in the central sector. The entrence on the bottom of the map and armchairs on the top of room were also included in this room. The children’s room was located on the right side and had furniture around.
After the renovations, the left side remained the same, however, the room, located in the right side was diveded into two sectors: magazines and reference room. The part located in the middle of the map transformed into reading area. More armchairs have been added and the desk has been relocated by the front door. Also, two new rooms have been established: garden, which located after the reading area and children’s room, which remained on the right side but have been relocated near the garden.
