The figure illustrates a process of recruitment for the new staff. In general, there are ten steps in this process, starting from identifying the position available to offering the position to the candidate.
Looking at the details, firstly, the position, which is available for the new staff, is identified by the department. Next, the division needs to submit for the approval from the Department Head or Human Research Department, before it continues to the next step. If the request for recruiting the new staff is approved, the division needs to write the job description, before the position is advertised by Human Resource. Otherwise, the department staff can speak to the Department Head to get a solution.
Once the applications are submitted, they will be reviewed by the Company. If the candidates are qualified, the shortlisted candidates will continue to the interviews before the position is offered to a certain candidate. If any of the candidates does not meet the Company’s requirements, they will review more applications until the qualified candidates are found.
