Overall, the production process of ethanol consists of minimum 4 stages, begining with the harvesting and end up with the addition of microbes. The ethanol generation is a cyclic process.
First of all, as a result of sunlight’s impact and carbon dioxide consumption make the plants and trees grow naturally. The sunlight and carbon dioxide together create an energy source from which all trees nourish.
In the next stage, the first step of biofuel production start by harvesting. All grown-up plants are harvested by specially desgined machines. These machines are droven by qualified and experienced people. After that, the collected mass undegoes pre-processing which results in cellulose. The cellulose is then processed to btain chemical compounds that are called sugars. As a final stage, the sugars are mixed with microbes to achieve ethanol.
Once the output is ready, it is distributed to use. The final product is utilised for various transportation vehicles such as cars, trucks and airplanes. The whole process is in a loop because carbon dioxide is emitted by transportation machines which contributes the trees’ energy source.
