Overall, it is simple process which involves multiple equipment which are connected through pipeline.
To begin with, the water coming throught main supply is stored in two tanks: the hot water system feed tank and heating system feed tank. The part of water which was stored in hot water system feed tank is sent to domestic hot water storage tank, following it the water get divided into two part one goes to the water taps for various household uses and at the end it is send back to main supply and other goes to boiler where water from heating system feed tank also come. After achieving required temperature it is sent to the radiators which provide warmness to the house.
Moreover, this hot water also heats the element of hot water storage tank, which is fed by the hot water system feed tank. The water in this storage tank gets heated and, whenever required, the tapes are turned on to receive hot water.
