The diagram illustrates the extraction of avocado’s oil harvested from fruits. The process consists on different stages, begining with the collection of rotten fruits and result’s are clarified oil.
Firstly, they harvest the fruit from the orchard and rotten fruits are separated.The remaining avacados are washed and then crushed through a blender. Moreover, the seed’s skin are peal off after that on the one hand they centrifuge the material at maximum temperature approximately 45-50 degree celeius and separates the soilds and liquids.
On the other hand, after rolling the material in a spining machine the oil and water become separated. After, all the procedure the soils waste are loaded into a container and send back to the orchard. However, the water are wasted into ground and the oil and filtered through a filter, clarified oil moved into dispenser through which it is packed into containers or bottles for sell and ready to dispachted to the markets.
