Overall, it can be observed that extracted avocados oil process include several stages. This process beginning with collection of avocados from fruits and culminating with dispensing of oil.
Beginning with the collection of avocados from orchards and rotten fruit is removed. The remaining avocados are washed, before being transferred to a crusher, where the seeds and skins are separated. At this stage, only the pulp processed further. Moreover, the pulp is then placed in a blender and heated to a maximum temperature of 45-50°C.
Furthermore, the mixture undergoes with two configuration process. In the first step, solid and liquid are separated, with solid waste discarded. In the second step, the liquid mixture are separated from oil and water, with water waste removed. Finally, the extracted oil is filtered to remove any remaining impurities, resulting clarified oil. This oil dispensed into container, completing the process. The process start again repeatedly.
