To begin with, trees are cut down and then turned into logs through a trimming process. The next step takes place in a special machine where the logs are chipped into small wood chips. Subsequently, the wood chips are dried by using steam and hot air for 24 hours before being transported to a tank, where it is stored for 1-4 weeks so as to prepare for the next step.

The production stage starts with the stored wood chips being mixed with glue and then waxed in a rotating machine. After that, the mixture is shaped by a mould before being pressed by a machine in order to produce chipboard. Finally, the finished chipboards are used to produce furniture, such as tables and chairs.
