The given diagram illustrates the procedure of producing chipboard from wood in order to make wooden furniture. Overal, the entire process consists of two main stages : preparation of chipboard and production of the material , beginning with the cutting of trees and ending up with manufaturing final products .
The first stage initiates with the extraction of wood chunks from forests. The cutting trees is then underwent the trimming process, when the wood is scuplted in to long and thin logs. The stacked logs are than insert to a specific machince, which peel and crush the material into woodchips. Following this stage , the new chips are then delivered to a drying system for about a day. In this drying phase, hot air is essential for the removement of moisture in wood, leading to the evaporation of steam above drying machine. After being dried, the woodchips are preserved in a container for one to four weeks.
The stage of manufaturing wooden products starts with the mixture of glue , wax and woodchips which is carefully carried out by pouring the substances gradually. The created solution is then moved in to a mould for shaping desirable retangular form. The shaped items are then applied by force in a pressing system in order to create chipboards. Finally, the chipboards are processed and distributed for making furniture.
