Evidently,the process is a linear one that involves ten stages which begin at picking of the coffee beans and finally ends when the final product is packed into jars ready for distribution.
To begin with,coffee beans are picked at maturity from the coffee plant followed by a period of drying under the sun.Next,the dried coffee beans are roasted under great heat after which they are rapidly cooled in a large cooling chamber. The cooled beans are then ground and mixed with hot water in a tank. To remove excess water from the beans,the mixture is strained then frozen under low temperatures. Another grinding process then follows. The ground frozen mixture is then poured into a vacuum under intense heat that leaves it dry since water evaporates due to the heat. Eventually,the dried coffee powder is carefully packed in jars ready for consumption
