Overall, it is evident that the process of coffee production consists of eleven stages, starting with the harvesting of coffee beans and ending with the packaging of the final product into jars.
By the first stage the staff picking up the coffee beans from the trees and after, drying them outside under the sun which is secong stage. For the third one they roast the beans with help of the machine and cooling them rapidly. On stage five and six they grind the beans with big apartus and mix them with hot water.
Seventh and eighth step includes straining the mixture and freezing them. Afterwards, They grind the freezed mixture again and dry it in a vacuum which is by queue ninth and tenth step.For final step, the automatical machines packing final product into jars.
