The given diagram illustrates the process of producing drinking water with the use of solar energy.
It is clear that the process of making drinkable water consists of 2 main steps, beginning with collecting energy from sunlight and ending with taking the water made for use.
In the first step of the process, the solar panel is fixed on a pole and it faces the sun and absorbs natural sunlight. Then, the heat will be converted to a converter and the electricity is used in a pump which pumps out underground well. In the next stage of the process, the pumped out water passes through a water filter and is stored in a big water tank, which is placed on a wooden platform. After that, purified water is transmitted through a pipe to a tap. Finally, potable water can be taken out in a moveable container for long-term preservation and convenient access for consumers.
