The provided diagram depicts the various stages involved in the procedure of making bamboo fabric from bamboo plants.
It is immediately apparent that the production of bamboo fabric is a linear process, which consists of four main stages: planting and harvesting bamboo, cutting them and crushing strips, separating fibres and softening them, then spinning and weaving to complete the production line.
The process commences as bamboo plants are planted in spring. Subsequently, after having been harvested in autumn, the bamboo plants are cut into strips. Next, strips are crushed in order to make liquid pulp and this is how the fourth phase completes.
The production of bamboo fabric continues when the liquid is filtered to separate long fibres. The following step involves fibres being softened by adding water and amine oxide. Fibres are then spinned to make yarn. Finally, once yarn has been weaved, fabric is ready to make clothes and socks.
