The picture illustrates the process of how bamboo fabric is produced. Overall, the whole process consists of nine stages, starting with planting bamboo saplings, followed by harvesting, various stages of processing, and with the production of ready-made products. Notably, it is complex process, with most steps requiring specialized equipment.
The process commences when young bamboo plants are cultivated in spring, after which they are left to grow until August, when they are ready to harvest. After harvesting, they are sent to a factory, where they undergo the cutting process. Then, cut strips are crushed in order to make liquid pulp.
In the next stage involves filtering, in which long fibers in the liquid are separated. In the following stage, this liquid is treated with water and amine oxide to produce soften fibers. Once this stage is complete, the soften fibers are spun. After the yarn has been woven, it is used to make fabric, which can then be manufactured into various clothing items such as T-shirts and socks.
