The illustration shows how the recycling of glass is dones.
Overall, the recycling of glass is a cyclical process that consists of the use, treatment, destruction, moulding and reuse of glass.
After glass is used, it is then discarded in a recycling bin, where it waits for trucks to come pick it up and bring it to a treatment facility, where the glass is disinfected and cleaned inside a large machine to get rid of any undesirable substances that it might still contain.
Following this, washed glass is then sent to be squashed and liquified, so that it can return to its original boiling liquid state. Subsequently the boiling glass is then poured into the moulds, in the case of this diagram, bottle-shaped moulds until it solidifies. After this process, the glasses are then taken out of its moulds and transported to facilities where it will be sold and reused.
