The process illustrates the production of instant cup noodles.
Overall, there are 8 main stages, beginning with the making of dry noodles and concluding with the packaging of the cup noodles
To begin with, the flour needed for manufacturing is transpired by large trucks and stored in storage silos. The flour is transferred into a mixer where water and oil are incorporated to create a mixture. Next, the mixture is transformed into large dough sheets by rollers before being cut into thin dough strips, which are eventually formed into noodles discs.
The process continues with the cooking of the noodles. Here, the discs are placed in an industrial fryer filled with cooking oil and go through a drying process once they are fully cooked. The fried noodle discs are dispensed into cups where vegetables and flavoring are added. After that, these cups are labeled and sealed which makes the final product.
