The diagram illustrates the process by which instant noodles are produced.
Overall, the process of manufacturing instant noodles has eight major steps, such as storage in silos, mixing dough, shaping the dough, cooking and drying, adding vegetables and spices, and labeling and sealing.
The initial stage of the production involves pumping flour into silos for storage. In the next step, flour is thoroughly mixed with oil and water in a mixer machine to prepare the dough. The resulted noodle dough then goes through a roller to form dough sheets before being cut into thin strips in the next step. Followed by, in the next stage of the preparation, noodles disks are created to make them appealing to consumers.
In the final stages of the production, noodles disks are cooked in oil and dried, and consequently, they are arranged in cups with vegetables and spices, which makes them instant noodles. Finally, noodle cups are labeled and sealed properly to assure quality before they are sent to market.
