First, flour is stored in large silos and transported to a mixer. Here, water and oil are added to form the dough. In the next stage, the dough is rolled out by rollers into thin sheets and cut into strips. These strips are then molded into circular discs.
Once the noodle discs are prepared, they are cooked in oil and dried to ensure a longer shelf life. Next, the dried noodles are placed into cups, where vegetables and spices are added to enhance the flavor. Finally, the cups are labeled and sealed, ready for distribution to consumers.
