The diagram illustrates the process by which instant noodles are produced. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are three main stages, involves initial stages of collecting raw materials, middle phase constituting the production of noodles and ultimately the final step of packaging.
The procedure commences with the addition of water, oil, and flour, which come from storage silos, into a mixer. After the dough has been prepared, it rolled into thin sheets and then carefully cut into strips. At this point dough strips are shaped into noodles discs and they are also sent to cook in oil. Before the packaging operation begins, noodles are dried.
At the next stage, noodles are put into cups, and vegetables and spices also added to the cups. In the final step, cups go to the labelling and sealing procedure. With that, the process of the production of instant noodles is completed.
