Having electricity is essential for carrying out daily tasks, so understanding how electricity is generated is crucial. Electricity can be produced from various sources, such as coal and water. The process of generating power from coal is illustrated in the diagram above, and then it is distributed to residential and commercial buildings.
Initially, coal is extracted from the mine, ground into a powder, and transported to the gasifier by trucks with most of these operations being carried out by machines under expert supervision. Next, the gas and solid waste are separated from it.
After the gas is transferred to the nearby cooler for cooling, it is then transported to the gas power plant where it is used to produce electricity and assist in the plant’s waste disposal process. This waste is also known as heat waste. Eventually, the distribution of electricity through wires enables homes and businesses to access energy.
In summary, a significant amount of waste is produced throughout this extensive process. Nonetheless, homes and businesses benefit from the gradual supply of energy.
