The diagram above represents the production process of orange juice
Overall, it consists of malicious procedures that lead to the final product. We can evidently see that the process is machinery based and requires a variety of stages to be completed. There are two types of product that can be stored as the result of manufacturing, regular orange juice or concentrated one.
It all starts with the transportation of fresh oranges to the factory. After that they are being washed by the help of specific machines. Then it is the extraction porcess that lead to two results, waste solid and fresh juice. The first one is redirected to the animal feed and the main one is sent to packaging which is followed by the transportation to the shops
Moving on, to the concentrating juice production. It all starts from transporting fresh juice to the evaporating factory. When the juice is evaporated and the water is blown away, The final product goes to final parts such as canning and transportation to the warehouse. After that, it is also transported to the factory where it undergoes the mixing process with water, which then finally eads to packaging and sending it to the shop
