The diagram below represents how orange juice is made and packaged into fresh and concentrated juice. There are seventeen steps which could be easily divided into three main sections, such as production of fresh orange juice and transportation to supermarkets, delevering fresh juice to factories in order to make concentrate and finally packaging and delivering concentrated orange juice to markets.
Processes first section starts with fresh oranges being delivered to factory where they were properly washed and carefully prepared for juice extraction, excess wastes of solid are used as an animal feed. Last step of first section is juice being packaged and delivered to supermarkets for selling.
In the second stage fresh orange juice is conveyed in refrigerator trucks for water evaporation. Afterwards concentrated juice is being caned and delivered to factories in warehouses. Special facilities mix concentrated juice with water in order to produce concentrated orange juice, here processes second stage ends.
Finally process reach its last stage, packaging and being delivered, mixed juice is packaged and finally delivered to general customers.
