The systematic process begins with raw materials being meticulously dug using an excavator before being loaded onto trucks for further processing at a designated factory. There, the raw materials are fed into two specialized machines, in which they are ground into fine particles. Subsequently, they are mixed with water before being poured into moulds to temporarily set the shape. After being left to rest approximately four to six hours, the semi-formed pots undergo a thorough assembling process, in which they are carefully integrated.
Once this stage is over, the pots are rigorously dehydrated at 1,000 degrees Celsius in a specialized oven to achieve the optimal moisture. Prior to being left in the kiln in order to set the pigments, the clay pots are manually coloured. The process concludes when finished pots are removed from the kiln, ready to grace the market.
