In the first stage, raw materials such as clay are excavated from the ground using machinery and then transported by truck to a factory. At the processing plant, these materials are crushed into smaller fragments before being transferred to a mixing tank, where water is added to form a clay mixture. This mixture is subsequently pumped into moulds, which are used to shape the clay into pots.
Next, the moulded items are to dry for a 4-6 hours. After drying, the clay pots are assembled and then placed into the oven, where they are fired at a temperature of around 1,000 degrees Celsius. Once this initial firing is completed, the pots are dipped into the coloring liquid. They are then fired again in a colour-firing oven, allowing the colour to set permanently. At the final stage, the finished ceramic pots are produced and ready for distribution.
