The process illustrates one of the methods of making ceramic pots.
Overall there are 4 stages involved in the process, starting with delivering, followed by forming and drying, ending with organising stage.
Firstly, raw materials are excavated by means of special machines (excavator) which is then delivered to the factory by heavy transport. The delivered materials then go through crushing step which is done by cilinder shape equipment. Water is poured into the crushed substance and mixed in the apparatus specialised for that.
The mixed mass is poured into moulds and left for 4-6 hours so that it can dry and get the needed form. After the mentioned time the assembled clay pots are put into oven to be heated at 1000 degrees celsius. After that the dried ceramic pots are given colour by green dye.The painted pots are then go through firing process to make the colour more stable and it results in final product-finished ceramic pots.
