The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing ceramic pots, which consists of three main stages: raw material extraction, processing and shaping, and firing and coloring to produce the final product.
In the initial stage, raw materials are excavated from the ground and transported to a processing plant, where they are crushed into fine particles. Water is then added and thoroughly mixed to form a homogeneous clay mixture, which is subsequently poured into molds to shape the pots.
Following this, the molded clay is left to dry for four to six hours, allowing it to solidify before moving on to the next phase. The dried pots are then fired in an oven at 1000 degrees Celsius, strengthening the material and preparing it for the finishing process. Once hardened, the pots are coated with color before undergoing a final firing in a kiln to set the paint and ensure durability. Upon completion, the fully processed ceramic pots are ready for distribution and commercial sale.
