The diagram shows the process of producing ceramic pots.
Overall, it is clear there are 11 different stages in whole pots manufacturing process, beginning with the collection of raw materials and ending with the production of clay pots.
In the initial stage, the raw materials are dug up from the ground by using an excavator. Subsequently, the materials are transported by truck to a factory for various processing stages. The large grains are then ground into powder by using a crusher and subsequently blended with water. Following this, the resulting mixture is cast into pot-shaped molds before undergoing a drying process for four to six hours to create assembled clay pots.
After the previous step, the ceramic pots are heated up in a special oven at a high temperature of 1000°C to solidify their shape. They are then colored by dipping into paint buckets and put into a color firing oven before becoming finished pots, ready for selling.
