Overall, the area has undergone a number of dramatic changes, the most important of which are the expansion of accommodations, the development of recreational places and the disappearance of a public park/green area.
In the North West, the housing area was expanded with more buildings erected while the West has witnessed the replacement of the sport by the restaurants. The hotel in the East of the restaurant was upgraded meanwhile the holiday homes and car park was constructed, replacing the green area. In addition, the farm land in the North East has been changed into an entertained spot with golf and tennis course.
In the South West of the area, there used to be a fish market, but it has been redeveloped into a block of apartments. The East of the apartments also saw a small change, with the coffee shop being moved to near the centre of the area. The southern sea of the area then saw a number of changes, with the establishment of the yacht and the disappearance of the morning fish boats.
