HOW TO MAKE AN ICE CREAM?

The diagram shows the process for making ice cream from a simple recipe at home. Every single photo illustrates clear ingredients and equipments that are used. The process consists of six steps, from preparation until it’s available to serve.

At first, pour all of the ingredients to a bowl then mix them with a spoon or a whisk. After that, move the mixed mixture to a pan and heat it on the stove This process is pasteurization to ensure that ensure that harmful organisms in food ingredients have been removed so that the food is safer to consume and its shelf life is also longer. Thereafter, transfer the mixture to a bowl and rest it in the room temperature for some hours, this stage is called ageing.

After the previous steps complete, save the mixture in the freezer until completely frozen. To make it more enganging, you can add toppings or any additional, refers to your taste. Then turn off the ice cream maker or the freezer. Place the mixture into jars and locate it in cold area until it fully hardens. Finally, simple homemade ice cream is ready to be enjoyed.
