Firstly the process is starts with preparation , assuring everything is ready to move forward with the next step. Continuing, the next step is named pasteurization, this step is processed until the mixture reaches the wanted temperature. The upcoming step is ageing and leaving the mixture to rest. Then we move to the freezing step, putting the ingredients we prepared to rest in the right cold temperature . Up next is adding extras , this step differs between one person amd another, each adding their preference. Finally , the hardening step which is processed when the mixture reaches the final stage in preparation.
