To start off, we have to prepare the main ingredients first like milk, cream, sugar and flavouring. Next, we have to heat the milk to a specific temperature and thereafter cool them. This is to kill the harmful bacteria and makes it safe to consume. After that, we have to set the ingredient and leave it awhile to age.
After a few hours, we can start freezing it and add the flavouring to it like vanilla syrup or strawberry syrup. Lastly, we can start to leave it in the freezer overnight and consume it the next morning.
