The picture illustrates the phases of a frog’s life. In general, there are seven stages starting from the eggs to an adult frog with dramatic metamorphosis.
To begin with, the eggs are laid into water and assembled near algae or water organisms. After a few days, eggs hatch and the embryo’s frog emerges with the name tadpole. The tadpole lives in the water so it breathes with gills. Following this, the tadpole grows day by day and their front legs break through.
Moving on to the next stage, the tadpole starts breathing with pulmonary and because of that, it starts to become an amphibian. Amphibians are the vertebrates living with gills and followed by lung-breath when in adult phase. The next stage is a tadpole frog because the frog still has a tail shape from the tadpole, however its figure is seen as a full frog. Finally, after the tail from the tadpole is gone, has a bigger body, and frog legs become perfect, it is the time that the form is called an adult frog.
