Overall, it is obvious that females were more in every category. In comparison men had ten percent fewer than women in four reasons. Also, gap in mange childcare was very significant.
The highest percent of females that wanted to work in house was related to manage childcare around seventy percent. Also, saving time was the second reason that female mentioned about sixty percent. The next reason was improving work-life balance that they said. Meanwhile, saving money was the fourth category that is important for them. Improving productivity had the lowest percentage of female in this assessment.
Men had the beigest reason for working at home in Saving money about fifty percent. Also, forty percent of men liked to do their job online in two reasons, improving work-life balance and manage childcare separately. Thereby, saving money and improving productivity were the subsequent seasons that they chosen about thirty and twenty percent respectively.
