Overall, it is evident that in the every reason female workers surpassed male workers and the most popular reason among female workers was manage childcare, while save time was the main reason among men.
The most common reason among both female and male employees was saving time where women accounted for about 60% compared to 50% of men. However, the most significant difference was in manage childcare, female workers comprised 70%, in contrast, male workers made up only 50%.
In the reason of improving work-life balance female employees accounted for 50%, while male workers comprised 40%. In saving money reason, females constituted 40% and male workers accounted for 30%. By contrast, improving productivity reason was less common in both genders, at about 30% of female workers and 20% of male workers respectively
