The diagram demonstrates the making procedure for producing sugar from sugar cane.

Overall, the production of sugar cane consist total nine stages starting of with growing sugar canes and finishing of with drying and cooling sugar.

First of all, cultivating duration of the sugar canes takes minimum 12months to maximum 18 months then it can be cut down in two methods utilizing harvesting machine or cut down with human labour using a knife or something else. Subsequently the sugar canes are squizzed by a specificly designed crushing machine to get the juice out of it.

Ensuingly when it comes to filtering this procedure is being exercised in a limestone filter which puryfies the juice and then the vaporizing process begins , which reform the juice into syrup. Thereafter sepration of sugar crystals from syrup harnessed by centrifuge technique and finishing of by drying and cooling sugar crystals the operation ends.
