The given chart illustrates data about the amount of total goods which are produced by Asia, Europe and rest of the the world during 60 years starting from 1840.
Overall, it is obvious that although the rate of outputs from Asia and Europe declined during the mentioned period, it rose in other parts of the world. While Asia kept its rank until the end, the positions of Europe and other regions replaced with each other.
Looking at the details, even though Asia manufactured exactly 50% of total world production at 2000, Its outputs have decreased to 40% until 2000. In Europe, the percentage of total goods increased 10% and reached 50% until 1920. However, it began to plummet to under 30% at the end of the mentioned period. While the amount of goods in the rest of the world was the least in the beginning of 1840, it became tripled by reaching more than 30% at 2000.
