The map showcase the proposal for the design of a new town.
In general, residents will be the first class candidate since the majority of the area will be dedicated to housings. Meanwhile, industrial zones will be located outside the residential areas, and the road system is designed to conform a certain pattern, with main roads leading up to the town center and a ring road enclosing and separating the residential section with the industrial areas.
As shown in the map, the proposal features a circular design, with the town center located at the heart. Within the ring road, there will be five residential zones surrounding the town center. Beyond the ring road, land will be assigned to additional housings and two industrial zones, with the smaller one located at the northwest, and the bigger one located at the southeast of the town.
Regarding the area for recreational purposes, it will be introduced in each housing zones within the ring road, while additional zones will be locate outside of it. Two largest ones will located at the north, a smaller one on the northwest side, and the smallest of all will be at southwest of the town. As for amenities, and roads, there will be five roads connected to the town center, where there will be two bus stops, and three parking lot.
