The diagram presents the process how breaks are produced for the building Manufacturing. The first step of bricks manufacturing is the Digger crane starts to take the clay well enough and then carry the clay to the manufacturer machines through metal grid and then pass it to roller to make sand and water.
The second step is to shape the clay into brakes using wire cutter and then eventually to put bricks in mould. Once shaping process finished, bricks goes to drying oven for 24 to 48 hours inside close air.
The third step before Packaging, breaks goes to another three steps of process, first kilning, with moderate temperature between 200° and 980. Second with high temperature between 870 C and 1300. The final step, bricks are keeping on cooling champer for 48 to 72 hours.
Eventually, brakes are getting packaged and carry out towards the track, and ready for delivery.
