Overall, it can be seen that there are seven steps to manufacture bricks, beginning with collecting clay using a digger and end up with the final productions to be ready to deliver to customers. Notably, bricks can be formed by two different ways including using wire cutter or mould.
A closer look to the proccess shows that a digger is used to collect some clay to transport it to the factory. Then these material is put on a mental grid to sort on the roller, the roller will lead the clay to the mixer. During this step, sand and water are used to combine together with clay to become a required substance for producing bricks. Finally, there are two ways to form a brick, first is using wire cutter,the cutter will cut the substance equally to make bricks, second choice is to use a mould, the mixture is then poured into a mould and form a brick.
These bricks are then transfered to drying oven where there are dried for at least 24 to 48 hours. Secondly, these bricks experiment a heating proccess which they can be heated up from 980 to 1300 degree, then there are cooled down for about three days. The final outcome of bricks is then packaged and delivered to distrubutor. This proccess goes on repetitive.
