The diagram provides us with information about process of manufacturing bricks. Overall, there are 7 main steps of the perpectual cycle is sustained through automated sequence of meticulously coordinated stages.
The process begins with using a digger for extracting clay. In the next step, this sticky earth is being filtered through metal grid and then goes to rolling line. The subsequent phase involves adding sand and water to clay. Afterwards, the diagram presents two alternatives for structuring bricks. First option might be usage of wire cutter machine. Second is implementing special container which is called mould. Following forming phase, bricks undergoes drying processes in oven during one or two days. As to next step is heating in kiln with beginning temperature 200C-980C degrees and then gradually warmed on 870C-1300C. Cooling process in chamber lasts during 48 -72 hours. Once bricks have been adequately cooled, the phase of packaging starts.
Finally, the cycle ends with delivering finished products.
