The chart demonstrates how paper is made and how to recycle inked paper.
The diagram reveals a ten-stage process, beginning with raw material acquisition and ending with the reuse of recycled pulp. It is notable that all of these stages are automated without manual labor.
The first stage involves harvesting and processing timber. Following being felled, trees are put into a machine which is used to remove the bark from the trees. Then, the stripped wood is processed in the chipper, turning them into wood chippings. Hardly is the wood chipped when the pulping process starts; moreover, the product following the pipe to the pulp undergoes further processing. This pulp is subsequently pressed and rolled into the sheets of paper on a conveyor belt. Finally, the finished paper is used for printing and packaging, before being distributed to consumers.
In terms of recycling process, these stages commences with the collection of waste paper. Impurities are removed, and the paper is de-inked. No sooner is the paper bleached than the pulping begins to remake rolling paper . The cycle concludes with the recycling of used paper, ready to begin the cycle anew.
