Given is the diagram depicting how paper is produced and recycled.
Overall, there are five pivotal stages in order to create paper, commencing at collecting suitable woods and ending with pressing all the pulp in order to form pages of paper
First of all, suitable woods will be cut down and obtained. Then, these woods will go through a specific cutting machine to remove all the surrounding bark and impurities. After that, those bark-removed woods undergo the chipping machines containing a chipper in order to transform all the wood bars into tiny, minor wood chippings. These chippings then experience a refiner to create the pulp. Those pulp continues to experience a conveyor containing several rollers in order to flatten and wound them into rolling paper.
In the subsequent process, these paper can be printed and utilized as newspapers, whereas the used and old ones will be collected and undergone a specific machine to assist in the removal of ink and impurities. After eliminating all the ink, these paper will turn back into pulp and this material is then ready to be flattened and become rolling paper one more time.
