Overall, there are 10 main steps in the process of manufacturing and recycling the paper. Beginning with collecting trees and ending with finished goods.
In the first stage, workers accumulate the falling trees in the forest and deliver them to the factory by truck. Following that, they are removed hark from the machine to eliminate side wood to create the drum. After that, the wood is put in the chipper machine to crush into wood chippings. After this stage is completed, they are poured in the refiner to mix with several chemical substances to become a pulp. In the next step, the pulp is pressed to make a shape before being rolled. Then, the rolling paper is printed into the newspapers and brought to the supermarket for the consumers’ consumption.
However, after the used newspaper being collected, the workers remove the ink from the newspaper. Finally,they are put into a pulping machine to create the new pulp again to make a newspaper for consumers.
