The given diagram describes the process of making olive oil. Overall, there are eight main steps involved in the process of producing olive oil, beginning with harvesting the olives, followed by the pressing and filltering them, ending with transporting to store.
In the beginning, the olives are harvested by farmers using rakes to remove impurities. The collected olives are stored in a vat within two to three days before washing in cool water. At this point, the olives are washed by a cleanning system with six showers to ensure cleanliness. After washed that, the olives are crushed by hammer equipment to create an olive stones. While an olive stones are filtered and stored in the container, the olive paste flows into a pipe. Subsequently, the olive paste are crushed and pressed by the hydralic press system into oil and water, ready for the next stage.
The remaining steps produce oil and water, which are moved to the centrifune. The mixture is separated from the liquid by centrifune machine. While the water is drained away, the oil is then transfered to bottling. Once the final stage is completed, resulting in bottles of olive oil, are ready for transportting to stores and supermarkets.
