Overall, the mechanism comprises a total of nine distinct phases as depicted in the picture, commencing with the collection of bottles and ending with the production of end products.
At the first stage of this process, plastic bottles are collected by lorries, after people throw them in garbage cans. Then, in the recycling center, they are sorted by workers, and the good ones are separated. After this step has been completed, all the bottles are compressed into grand cube blocks, which subsequently pass through a crushing machine to transform into small pieces. During the next stage, the crushed material is washed and cleaned well.
The process continues with using clean crushed plastic to produce plastic pellets using a certain machine. After this, these pellets are heated and melted at a high temperature. Following this, raw material is formed and molded. Finally, the process ends with utilizing recycled plastic to manufacture new products.
