The diagram illustrates the process of making recycled plastic bottles. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the process involves four main stages;beginning with collection , followed by crushing, then reshaping of plastic bottles, and lastly producing end products.the processes are entirely man-made.
In order to produce recycled plastic bottles, used plastic bottles are the first source for transferring to the factory. Subsequently sorting the proper bottles for compressing and crushing to be a small piece for easier further stages. After that the pellets will be washed to ensure the cleanliness of the pellets.
After washing is complete, pellets will be heated using a machine. The output of the heating plastic bottles is the form raw material. After that, the new material will be separated into consist blocks to be used for producing different things from plastic. The final stage produces end products such as t-shirts, pens, bags,
etc.
